These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ce66 platform. By registering an account and using any ce66 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out in this document. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ce66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are published and intended to be read in English. In the event of any translation being produced for reference purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or inconsistency.

02 Eligibility & Registration
Access to the ce66 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ce66 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ce66 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, ce66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a working mobile phone number. ce66 may request documentary verification of this information at any stage, including as a condition of processing a withdrawal. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
03 Account Obligations
As a registered ce66 account holder, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This responsibility includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all communications sent from your account, regardless of whether you personally authorised each individual action.
You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. ce66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are required to notify ce66 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. You can report security concerns via the 24/7 live chat support function on the platform.
- You must not use your ce66 account for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming and sports betting.
- You must not use any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, scraping data, or manipulating game outcomes.
- You must not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering strategy that is designed to exploit platform mechanics rather than reflect genuine sporting or gaming risk.
- You must not use your account to process funds on behalf of third parties or to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- You must update your account information promptly if any of the details provided at registration change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address.
ce66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by ce66 support may result in temporary account restriction until verification is completed.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
ce66 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions on the ce66 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply to individual payment methods and will be communicated within the deposit and withdrawal interface.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the ce66 wallet on an instant basis for amounts that fall within standard processing thresholds. Deposits via bank transfer may require up to one business day to be reflected in your ce66 wallet balance. ce66 does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ce66 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. ce66 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. In cases where enhanced verification is required, processing may take up to three business days. Once a withdrawal is approved by ce66, the time taken for funds to reach your payment account is subject to your payment provider's processing times, which are outside ce66's control.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ce66 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- ce66 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are assessed as presenting elevated risk indicators.
- Deposits that have been subject to a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed — see Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
- ce66 may delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending identity verification, or an active investigation into account activity.
All financial transactions at ce66 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. ce66 does not store your bKash, Nagad, or bank account credentials on its servers. Payment details entered during the deposit or withdrawal process are handled directly by the respective payment gateway provider.
05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses awarded by ce66 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of eligible real-money wagers that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are credited to a player's promotional wallet and are not immediately withdrawable as cash without satisfaction of wagering requirements.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
- ce66 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and partially satisfied wagering requirements will be notified if a cancellation affects their active bonus.
- Any attempt to exploit a bonus offer through systematic low-risk staking, bet hedging, or coordinated multi-account claiming will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
- Bonus funds credited in error must be reported to ce66 support immediately. Playing with erroneously credited bonus funds before reporting the error may result in voiding of all associated winnings.

06 Gameplay & Fair Use
All games available on the ce66 platform — including slots, live casino tables, fishing games, card games, and sports betting markets — operate under fair and verifiable conditions. - Bets placed on events whose result was already known at the time of placement — regardless of whether the platform's systems displayed the market as open — will be voided.
- ce66 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where a player's wagering pattern indicates professional, arbitrage, or systematic betting activity that is inconsistent with recreational use.
- The use of third-party betting tools, odds comparison data scrapers, or automated bet placement software on the ce66 platform is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- In the event of a platform outage, disconnection, or technical failure during an active game round, ce66's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the point of failure. Where a game round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned.
07 Responsible Gaming
ce66 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its obligations in respect of responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools that players may use to manage their gaming behaviour, all of which are accessible directly from the account settings menu without requiring any contact with support.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour review period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to remind them of the duration of their current gaming session at intervals of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which account access for real-money activity is suspended.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may activate a self-exclusion of 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be used and all marketing communications are stopped.

08 Termination & Suspension
ce66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, provision of false registration information, abusive or threatening behaviour toward support staff or other players, confirmed underage access, or any activity that ce66 reasonably believes threatens the integrity of the platform or its other users.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ce66 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for suspension via the email address registered to the account. Players may respond via the live chat support channel to provide clarifying information. ce66 will aim to conclude any investigation within 14 calendar days, though complex cases may require additional time.
Upon permanent account closure by ce66 for a breach of these Terms, any withdrawable balance (funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements or investigation hold) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Bonus balances, promotional credits, and any winnings derived primarily from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ce66 support via live chat. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 48 hours. Any withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements.
